Well, it has begun! Yesterday was my first day of my internship with Solution Source (aka CBSI) here in Goshen. I’m planning on working half-time this semester & next, then if I’m real lucky they might keep me on full time next year Well, let’s just say I’m glad I started on a Friday because I has SO much information overload in my first 2 hours of work that I left eyes blurred and head aching. Don’t get me wrong, I think it’ll be an awesome place to work & I know I’m gonna learn a ton but for a first day trying to sort thought several lines of code using programing techniques that are new to me was tougher than I expected. lol, after I came back to campus I had to make sure I didn’t let my mind wander to programing too much or my headache would start re-surfacing! So wish me luck next week as I put in 4 or 5 part-time days. Sure will be interesting to see how adding work to my schedule will throw things off… and just as I’m trying to get more involved with digikitten
