Tho a little late in reporting it, I am indeed back from spring break, and the trip to Florida was pretty awesome. Along with the 11 concerts and 52ish hours on the bus we had time to relax on the beach, a personal cruise in the Gulf of Mexico, interesting and fun host stays, about as many games as one can play with a purple inflatable ball, frisbee, good conversations, excellent potlucks, and of course a full load of rook, euchre, and hearts! We had a really good group of people in choir so having a week to hang out with them was great. Between the 4 or 5 digital cameras on the trip we ended up with around 600 photos and once I get my hands on them and find time to do some sorting and organizing I’ll try to get at least a sampling up in the photo gallery.

There’s more good news too! Not only did I win because of a great spring break, but now that break is over I STILL win because it has been a whole lot of fun seeing Beth again! I am so spoiled from not having to deal with the long distance relationship junk. Makes even the week for spring break too long for my tastes. Hmmmmm, wish us luck in a few months on SST But for now life is good and I’m loving every second I can mannage to be with Beth

Last but not least, I win again! This one was a complete shock, but two days after I got back from break I was checking too see what all I had missed on digikitten when I discovered that my last entry to the February Twisted Pixel competition actually got third place! Talk about a nice surprise! For those who don’t have a clue what I’m talking about, I posted a thumbnail of my submission on kuhnsfam a few days ago or you can just look at the winners, or at the rules for the competition.
