Easter tidings
Easter has come and gone, what a fun break from the craziness of school. Emily Yoder, Brandon, Beth & I made the 12 hr trek to H’burg Thursday night and enjoyed a weekend full of movie watching, Tai food eating, game playing, ice cream licking and just plain sleeping!
Yeah, definitely a good choice even if it meant not having the whole weekend to pack & prep for SST. Beth and I also got to spend some time with Joni, Tracy, Stephan and Bryce including a great Easter lunch. Oh yeah, and we also hung out with Jason, Curt, and Ryan Hess.
Now I’m trying to get things organized here at school. We were welcomed back to campus by a rather bizarre event. Apparently a train derailed near the Old Bag Factory and cut phone service to “9600 customers of Verizon” which included Goshen’s internet connection. Long story short, this reading day there were a lot more students actually reading and heading outdoors instead of spending lazy hours online, not all bad in retrospect. You can even check out some video footage from a local news station.
My family is gets here in three days. Graduation is less than a week away. SST flights leave in seven days! Woah!
