En Santo Domingo
hola from Santo Domingo! I’m here in a lovely home with internet and a 3 year old little girl who keeps calling me Tanya bacause she can’t say Bethany! It was a hard night for me last night, i am still feeling the homesickness and i haven’t heard from Marcos yet, but i am hanging in there, or trying! It really helps that my host dad speaks english really well. So i don’t feel too lost! Well i just wanted to drop everyone a very quick hello and let everyone know that i am here and well and thank you for your prayers and thoughts, Keep them up i need them!!! I would love to hear from you so drop me an emial whenever!

Yup, you can even use smileys 
if you want. Almost every standard MSN and AIM smiley is available. When in doubt, use the MSN text. One more thing, noses are a must [ aka :-) not :) ] and case is irrelevant.
Beth! I’m glad to hear that you’re doing well and that you feel comfortable in your new home. I’ll be thinking about you in these next few days as you begin language study and get into a routine. Hey, just curious, what are your host parent’s names? The three-year-old daughter and dad who speaks English well sounds familiar. :) Cuidate!

Great to hear from you and see your picture on the Goshen web site. So glad you all made it safe and that you are getting settled in your new home. We pray your new family is a good one for you. When will that Marcos write?? Maybe tomorow! Hang in there as you wait! Love you.
