For those of you who don’t know I’ve been playing Photoshop Tennis at a website name Digikitten (DK) for quite a while now. Sadly, after 6 years, the owners have decided that the website has run it’s course and are closing it down in the next day or two So this post is to say thanks to everyone at DK for being such a wonderful creative outlet for me! The people there were not only friendly, they helped me develop my digital image editing & art skills and encouraged me to experiment and explore with my photography. I suppose the internet tends to be a fairly tentative medium, but that doesn’t make it any easier to leave a fun website behind. Like good ‘ol As the Apple Turns that ended it’s run back in October of ‘05. It also seems that many of my friend’s blogs have been MIA for a while too, so I’ve finally cleaned out that list. Then again, kuhnsfam has been around for 2 years (and 1 month as of tomorrow). Here’s hoping that I have the time and energy to keep it going for another two

On a more off-line note, Beth & I headed to South Bend yesterday to drop Lena off at train so we made an evening of it, watching The Last Mimzy and trying out a new Thai place named Khun Daeng. Mimzy was fun (at least for me ) and the Thai place was a good find I would say! Perhaps not the heaping servings I’ve become used to, but plenty to fill up on and really, who can complain about yellow curry? mmmmmmmm I would recommend the place if you have a chance.
